Desktop review – we review property, mapping and investigate any known site constraints.

Site visit – we arrange a convenient time to assess the land (and the existing wastewater system, if relevant). We test the soil to determine what options will work on your site.

Wastewater system design and client review – we develop a design that meets council and NSW Government requirements, and work closely with the client to make sure the solution meets design, budget and property needs.

Final report – following client endorsement of the proposed design, a final council-ready report is provided to the client to support the project's development application.
